This should be done prior to the arrival of our lease cleaning team. Additionally, kindly remember to turn off the freezer and fridge at least 24 hours in advance, allowing them enough time to defrost properly.
We kindly request your assistance in arranging a parking spot within walking distance of the property for the cleaners. This will allow them to conveniently park their vehicle and easily transport all the necessary professional cleaning equipment and detergents. Additionally, please ensure that the cleaners are granted unobstructed access to the property and all its rooms.
Once the cleaners bring their equipment inside, they will promptly begin their work. They will diligently clean all accessible and functional surfaces of the property using appropriate detergents designed for each specific surface. Special attention will be given to the toilet, bathroom, and kitchen areas. Every surface will be thoroughly wiped clean, and the floors will be either mopped or vacuumed
